empty field are send thru validation ?

Maybe its a bug or not but here's the story. i have a form with a couple of fields and they have validation that they must be filled.
when i fill in the form on a ipad and i disable wifi and i put on send. it says that there's no connection. thats ok by me but
when i turn on the wifi again and i press the reload button of safari, The whole form is being send empty?

Is there a way that the browser holds the filled value's?

i,m asking this because a few colleagues are working with a ipad in combination with thetering (3G) with there phone and sometimes they loose connection and then the above scenario happends...

HI Klaas,

I think that is a browser feature rather than a bug. You might try different browsers and see if that helps. Otherwise it might be possible to code something that saved the form results locally and could restore them later. I don't know how to do that though.
