CF5 cannot send confirm email to user

Hi

I am following the video here:

But I simply cannot make the second email word

My client is giving me one hell of a time, cause he cannot understand why the users do not get a confirmation of the form they just filled out. Truth be told, I dont get it either. Guessing it must be a bug?

I have two "emails" on my setup tab, but I simply cannot make the last one work, even though I follow the instructions in the video to the point.

Please help..

Hmm.. dear automated service.. no, I already saw that video, and it does not help my problem...

Hi Regin,

They all get read regardless of which forum you post in. It's just that if it's posted twice I have to read it twice and then go back and check that it is the same poster in both cases . . .
