Hi
I instantiated a multi-field entry with two text boxes. The strange thing is that the Validation tab does not work for either text box in this entry. I had similar situations with other multi-fields, but after upgrading to 3.2.1 and refreshing the browser, the problem went away. Except the two-textbox example.
Has anyone encountered or reported similar problem?
So you now have v5 RC4.1 ?

Hi Max
Thanks for your quick reply. Yes, it's running v5 RC4.1.

We're experiencing the same issue; any field within a multi-field does not have a working Validation Tab. Also running v5 RC4.1.
Thank you, I will test this more, although I have never had this problem, could you please send me a backup file for this form using the "Contact us" page ?

Same here. Could this be a JS problem?
No, it was a small bug in rendering the tabs after saving the form, it has been fixed and will be available in the new release, if you need it earlier then you may contact me using the "Contact us" page.

I am experiencing this same problem, but also in single text fields (not just multi-). Max, I note your reference to a bug fix on 03.09.14. I am using 1.0.0 ... is that still the latest?
Hi ShoestringWebs,
The fix is available in the latest RC5 released yesterday, did you check it ?

Thank you, that worked.
Any chance that this fix can be added to the plugin?

I had to reinstall, of course, after the update. I just re-uploaded my edited gcloader.php from 1.0.0 . Any problem there?
Well, you are using Wordpress ? how did you get the RC5 fix then ?🙂
An update to the WP version is supposed to be available soon, still working on it, so please give me 2 days or so!

I am using Wordpress. CF5 conflicted with another plugin. You recommended the code fix in gcloader.php, which worked. Today, I installed RC5 at your recommendation, which solved the problem of the validation tab not working. But after RC5, the site was just a blank page; it probably overwrote my edited gcloader.php. I re-uploaded my edited file, which brought the site back.
I assumed, because of how my site acted, that the patch for the pr function that you recommended was not included in RC5, so I suggested that it might be.
Ok, so you extracted the files and installed it on WP ?
That's fine, but as you said, some WP specific files were not ready yet, I'm working on those.
The WP version will have the pr function fix you applied.
