view db in one of my articles

Hey, Im sorry for writing some very easy question, but I'm new to both joomla and chronoforms, and I am trying to create a simple site in which I need to have:
1) registration form, that puts a user into a certain group (made registation that succesfully write everything in a db, but im not sure how to show it on real site my tables (not all, but some parts related to those particular people)to certain users without giving them access to administrator's tool).
2) there's superusers, that can view and edit some info in a certain group, and can view, who's new in their group


I've made a simple form, that add's info into a db, but dont know where to find into on how to do that. I failed to find many tutorials, in fact I cant find any besides 5 videos on youtube. I tried to find some answers on this forum, but I get 3k answers everytime I try to search anything, and usually first 10 pages of answers dont give me answers to what I really need to know... 😲
Is there, maybe, some plugins, that can do that? Or is there any tutorials, that will tell me answers on how to do that? I dont really know php, never really worked with db's before...😟

Please check the FAQs here, they are still mostly for CFv4 but v4 and v5 are very similar in the way that they work.
