form not visible on frontend (V5)

Hi,

I was quite used to working with CF V4, but V5 is quite different 😀

I have been building a form, I think I filled in everything necessary, but it is not been seen on the frontend (although I can see the "Powered by.."link
My question is: where might I have made a mistake?

Have you added the HTML (Render form) action to the On Load event on the Setup tab?
