CFv5 dynamic subject

Hi,
i didn't find any solutions here.

My problem is, i would like to set the "Email>dynamic subject" with text and two parameters.

Looks like, dynamic subject: New Mail from NAME1 NAME2

Do you have any idea to solve this problem?
