I am probably missing something completely obvious here in the form setup (watched videos) but what I am trying to achieve is to be able to reply to the one who submitted the form. What happens is, the recipient's email is received but when I go to reply to the inquiry, the reply to address is incorrect. If I try to put the value I have created in the form (e-mail) the form doesn't work at all.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi pixelsoup,
We don't recommend putting user's email in the ReplyTo field as many iSPs check this field to see if it matches the site domain, if it doesn't they treat the email as spam and drop it.
The preferred solution is to add a 'ReplyTo' link into the email body.

What I ended up doing was putting the field names in the 'from e-mail' and 'from name' in the special fields section and I also did the same for the 'from email' address and the 'from name' on the general tab. Seems to be working fine.
