[SOLVED]Major server upgrade causing chrono errors

Hi,
We had to upgrade our server to PHP 5.4 and Mysql to 5.5. Now there are numerous error about chronoforms on our sites.

Here are the errors I see the most:
Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/standup/public_html/plugins/content/chronoforms/chronoforms.php on line 5

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /home/ortlpac/public_html/plugins/content/chronoforms/chronoforms.php on line 16
