Errors when submitting

im getting an error when submitting a form with chronoforms 4.

I had version 3 installed but am unable to remove it, could this be causing all my problems? If so how do i manually remove chronoforms 3 without messing with version 4?

I'm really stuck here. Thanks for any help

This isn't directly a ChronoForms problem it's Joomla being unable to access the database to update the User session info.

ok but i have a ton of other components installed and they all work fine. Why just chronoforms? If thats the case is it an easy fix or how do I do that?

I don't know, I've only seen it with sites running on heavily shared servers when there are problems with database access; not something that is common with ChronoForms at all.

Do you have any custom code in the form?

none its a basic form. I even removed all tables and files associated with chronoforms and reinstalled it. Im working with my hosting company as we speak if they send me abck I'll message here. Thanks so much you are awesome.

Please get the RC3.1 bugfix release of CFv5 if you don't already have it; I've just seen another forum post where there was a timeout error in some code related to the user session so the two might be related.
