V5 Form not loading in Front End

Please would you help me. We have installed Chronoforms V5 on Joomla 3.2. We created a simple form, but when trying to preview it in the front end or via the preview the form will not load. I have checked the plugin and it is enabled. It seems that the page will load if the plugin is turned off. As soon as I turn it on the page refuses to load. I tried it with more than one form.

Please contact Max using the Contact Us link on the main site. He is currently working on a new CFv5 release and it may have a fix for this - if not, he should be able to help.
