Show an image by drop down

Hello everybody,
I'm vietnamese and i'm using CF v4.
I want to make a form which have got a dynamic drop down to show an image, but i don't know how to do... There're some picture for illustration my question.

To do this I'd use a Custom Element element from the Advanced Group in the form Preview box and add the HTML by hand.

I understand your guide, but can i save those selections to database? Example, i click to select "Item 1221", then this selection into my database and i can see it...?

Hi pieuzieu,

You can save whatever is the value of the selected option in the drop-down when the form is submitted. You do that with the normal DB Save action.

I'm not sure what else you want to save?
