CFV5 - Not Saved my Setup

I am using Chronoforms V5, and after saving my form, and go back to edit it, I can't find more Setup options.

Please contact Max using the Contact Us link on the main site. He has a new version of CFv5 almost ready for release and this may help; if not then he will need to see your problem for himself.
