I have created a form in CF V5 with an email message after completing the form. When the form is submitted I get the following error:

Mailer Error: Could not instantiate mail function.

The from name and email is in the form. Please help.

Please make sure that you have the latest version as Max fixed an email problem over the weekend I think.

i dont know if somebody is still looking for this but i was and solved it so easy way.
İ remember that v4 was not asking anything about smtp becasuse it was using from global confg--servr--
at v5 there is a tab settings and has smtp settings in it and empty.
Just entering the smtp setting details from global confg to here solved my "not mailing" problem.
