Hi I would like to know how I am best to make custom themes for this form I would like to change the layout but unsure of the forum view files like the header and stuff.

Is this a Chrono "Forums" question ? or regarding forms ?
If its regarding the "forums" then you can override the forums CSS, but changing the markup is not easy to do yet, this feature will be available in the next release!
