new v4 on j3.2 doesn't work

hi ,
today I downloaded the v4 component chronoforms to my j3.2 site.
I tried to build the most basic form (textbox and button etc) and connect it to the menu.
when I clicked the menu button the whole page becomes white.
any ideas why ?

A white page can be a sign of a PHP error. Does the form display from the Test Form icon in the Form editor and the Front-end view link in the Forms Manager?

yes ,it was a php error.
I thought I erased this post🙂...
