Multi-dropdowns: how to send labels, but not values ?

Hi!
I created a form with a tripple dynamic dropdown fields. Everything fine, but in email I see a values of that fields, but not labels.

e.g. "state_1:region_1a=Region A,region_1b=Region B,regions_1c=Region C"

In email we see: "Region: region_1a"
What can I do to see in email: "Region: Region A" ?
