Hi guys, I try to create my form but when I save I see this notice "Notice: Undefined index: in C:\xampp\htdocs\****\administrator\templates\isis\html\message.php on line 24", howewer I try to load this in an empty article with {chronoforms}test{/chronoforms} (name form = test) but it's don't appears! What's wrong?

I make some test but I see only "Powered By ChronoForms - ChronoEngine.com".

Please see this FAQ for the problem in seeing your form.

The PHP notice you are seeing is from one of your template files; I don't think that is from ChronoForms. You can hide PHP Notices by setting Error Reporting to System Default or None in the site Global Configuration.
