Joomla 3.2 User Registration and Dynamic Data Drop-Down Issu

wireframe 06 Dec, 2013
I have an odd issue. We have been using Chronoforms for Joomla 2.5 without any issues. This is my first time using it on Joomla 3.2. When I create a form for Joomla user registration, it works fine, saves to the DB table I created. However, when I add to it a necessary field (drop-down) using dynamic data (pre-filled from another table) when I hit submit, none of the submit actions fire (will not save to DB, no thank you message and no user added to Joomla). Is this a known issue?

How can I fix this please?

Separately both actions work fine in other test forms, but when combined, it does not work. Again, I had no issue with this in Joomla 2.5 and have used it on tons of websites combining both types of functionality.

Any help you can offer, is greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi Dawna,

I have no idea why could that affect the submit routine, unless there is something wrong with your dropdown's data, or if the dropdown's field name is a Joomla/CF reserved parameter name, like "option", "event", "page"..etc, please try to use a different dropdown field name and check if this makes it work ?
