Dynamic dropdown, need help

Hello,

Is there someone who wants to help me build the same form you can find here http://www.atm-chiptuning.com/contact-atm/prijsofferte-chiptuning: with ChronoForms? I've tried different things, but can't figure it out by myself. I even want to pay for the service if thats required. Hope to hear from someone soon.

Thank you for the reply. So far actually nowhere, I managed to create a simple form via the 'Easy Form Tab' but as you can see on the website (see link) I need drop down fields that are dynamic, see fields 'Automerk' and 'Mode' and when you select both a third drop down shows up 'Motortype'. In my version the last drop down can be visible all the time.

I really need this hopefully you can help and like I said, I'm willing to pay for the service.
