contact form with auto responder

Hello I am new here and would be grateful if someone could direct me to info on how to create a simple joomla contact type form with auto responder.

I will try it and let you know how I get on. I would ideally like the option of two or three contacts on the form
with a simple spam blocker and the auto responder. 🙂
