Calendar visible by default

Is there a way to use the datepicker and have it visible right of the bat instead of having to click the calendar icon to have it show up?

Not that I know of. The MooTools version (which you should probably be using now) pops up when you click in the input box and, by default, doesn't use an icon.

I guess that it might be possible to add some custom JavaScript to have it open when the page loads.

I am not strong with javascript. If you have a moment, would you be able to give it a try? I know that is asking a lot. If you can't or don't want to, I understand.
