simple contact form don't work with public users

What's wrong.
A simle form with name and e-mailadres en captcha-control doesn't work with public users, only with registrated users.
After fill in the correct date in the field and <enter> a clean form return.
With a registrated user, the form works perfect and do what I want.
I think ther something with teh safety-setting of a file.
Can somebody tell me what I have to do?

Let's see what Patrick finds. There's nothing in ChronoForms that would treat registered users and guests differently unless you added it. Maybe something odd with the user session settings?
