How to insert values of forms fields in an article

sorry for my English.

I've done a form with their fields and with a button for submit the form,
after submit the form I'd like create an article with the values of this form fields
to insert de values of this form fields in an article, and then this article print to pdf with fpdf.
For example: This is my name {txtName} ....

I've looking an faq or manual for do this in the forum, but i haven´t found nothing about this.

How Can I Do this?

I've found another way for do it:
Create a second form
In in this form recover the session var from the firts form
Include a "Formatted Text" field in second form, within this field we can recover values of first form in html format {input_name}
