I have CF & CC V4. When I add a new record with the Add New Button I get two identical records (apart from id). Can someone suggest what I may have set up wrong ? Thanks.

The two On Submit events are DB Save (1) and Show html (2)

I tried removing the Show html (used to allow repeated entry) but this does not cure the problem.

I only get the problem when clicking NEW in CC - in CF the same form just adds a single record.
