I'm trying to figure out how to upload an image to the selection of a field, for instance I have a form where you can enter measurements of a shirt: collar, cuffs, shoulders ... I would like to highlight each field with an image: neck, wrist, shoulder ...

I'm not clear what you need here. Is it just one fixed image by the collar or is it an image that changes depending on the user input.

If it's the former you could use Custom Element elements to add images to your form.

Yes it can be done but it has to be hand-coded with JavaScript. There's a much more complex example I built here.
