No "new topic" link for empty forums

Yesterday I updated my Chronoforums installation to the latest version (V1-RC10), and now all of my forums that had no posts do not show the "new topic" link, and the forum heading is "Information" for all of them instead of the forum title. The forums that had posts are fine.
