ADD CHRONOFORMS TO MODULE

HI,
I read a post about how to add forms to a module but i cannot see where to add the form name can anyone help? im using joomlas 3.x

Hi me2stuck ,

In Joomla! 3 you need to click the Options tab in the Module configuration to enter the form name.
