CF v4 get html & CC User specific information see

I am using Joomla 3.1 and ChronoForms v4
I searched around the site enough and found nothing.
I created a form to capture data such as name, email and telephone.

- Takes the form is saved to the users but the user_1 crhonoconnectivity only have access to the form of the same page and it occurs to user_2.
