I cant make my topic a sticky help!

I'm having issues making my topic a sticky here

Please help me with this because i cant find the option to make it a sticky. thank you for your time.

Hi Cranos,

You can make topics sticky using the topic tasks dropdown at the bottom of the page, but it doesn't appear in your screenshot which means that your account doesn't have the "modify topics" permission!
