After upgrade V4-stable-J15, version stays 4.0 RC3.5.1

Hi,
is it or not a problem ?
because of spamming from my website, I try to update to the latest versions of my Joomla 1.5.26 components
I upgraded my 4.0 RC3.5.1 version to the last V4-stable-J15 (from the component admin Install action button)
the version is still 4.0 RC3.5.1 🤨

Other problem : I'm blocked by crawlprotect when I try to edit my form by clicking on the name of the form (not wizard mode)
is there a fix for that issue ?

What's crawlprotect? Maybe if you turn it off, or whitelist the ChronoForms URLs?

I'm not sure if the upgrade has run or not. I just checked my old Joomla! 1.5 site and the chronoforms.xml file which should be at at /administrator/components/com_chronoforms/chronoforms.xml shows:

That last version line should be what shows in the Joomla! Extensions Manager.

Seems the upgrade failed
