Dynamic Drop Down list

Heya guys, I want to configure a dynamic Drop Down list for a form (http://test.127th.org/index.php/databases-work-in-progress/idiot-database/idiot-database-entry)

I want the Pilot Name text field to populate this Drop Down, where the person making the submission can either look on the Drop Down list for previously entered "Pilot Names", or enter one themselves manually.

I tried doing it through the FAQ (http://www.chronoengine.com/faqs/2647-how-do-i-build-a-select-drop-down-radio-button-or-checkbox-group.html), but I'm too green to comprehend what data I actually have to enter on the Dynamic Data of the Drop Down.


Could I get some help, please?
