Multiple add more form inputs possible?

Using this from the FAQ:

How can I use this on more than one input? Works with 1 but not 2. I tried using it on different form pages with no luck.

Hi Craig,

The demo form appears to be working OK with two inputs. I'm not clear what problem you are having?

What if you need more than one set of inputs? Multiple add more buttons on a form.

Hi CraigMartin,

You'd need to edit to code to make sure that any names and ids you use are unique, a bit fiddly but not too difficult.
