Data don`t save at DB

Hello,
my installation of CF V4 works fine, but after some changes, I can't save the form-input at the database and I can't find the error.
You find the form under inst.uptodate-24.de, but you must login
if you need an admin login, let me know.

!!!My mistake, at onsubmit FIRST save DB, then all the other...:-)
