How to chage the Submit button text color

Hello,

Is it possible to have a clear description of How to change the style of he submit and other buttons. On the one which are availble on the forum I don't find which CSS and JS are concerned about the modificatin to do ? I'm not a developper and just want to know the part of code to copy and paste and where to do that... Thanks

My problme is that on IE and Firefox the buttons are clear but obn Safari (Ipad) the text are black on a black button, so impossible to read... So I think that using my own picture should solve the problem.
