For some reason I only get this when I go to auto generate template

Hi budinakron,
I suspect it may be because you have some odd HTML in some Formatted text boxes and they don't' always behave well - double quotes are a particular problem.
You can clean up the HTML - or probably more simply copy the the Page Source and edit that into a template.
