hierarchical classification

I want to get a form for a survey with hierarchical classification, but i don't know how to deal with Chronoform 3.
Please, help me.

For example:
I have 5 proposals, P1, P2, P3, P4,P5 and I want the visitor class these 5 proposals.

If I use 5 radios boxes, for P1 the visitor can choose 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5. For my example he chose 3.
If I'm using 5 radios boxes, for P2 the visitor can choose 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5, but 3 is already in use and I don't want him to recycle.
