This component has been working great for a while, then suddenly, all forms stopped working. I didn't touch my site, or run any updates at all.
The reCaptcha kept saying that the input was incorrect, so nothing could submit. I disable the reCatpcha, just so I could at least submit some information. Now, I get emails, but instead of having the form data (Name, Email, etc), it just shows the label in curly brackets, like {first_name}, {email_address}, etc.
What the heck happened? Any ideas?

No, no idea - though clearly something changed. Please check with your web-host to see if they have made any changes. With some versions of ChronoForms virus scanners would (wrongly) remove some files - haven't seen that reported recently though.
Please post a link to the form so I can take a quick look.
