Publish and unpublish a record in list

I need to publish and unpublish a record in list with CConectivity, as can publish and unpublish articles joomla or CF forms in the listing. I think I've read something on the forum, but did not found.
Is it possible to do? remember ever having discussed this in the forum?

I think that you can do it with a 'Binary Field' but I'm afraid that I don't' know much more than that. Not something I've ever tried.
