Integrating Chronoform with Smarty based software

Hi, we need to integrate Chronoform with Smarty based template (open any of the items) to replace existing software form because we need a custom form: http://balichicvilla.com/index.php?option=com_jomestate&task=search&Itemid=108&lang=en

We have successfully integrating CF with another software (not Smarty template) in the same website (open any of the items): http://balichicvilla.com/index.php?option=com_jomholiday&view=listings&task=listings&cid=0&Itemid=146&lang=en but since our programmer not familiar with Smarty and we need it quick then we decided seeking for professional help.

We want CF loaded in the detail page (with assumption all CF functions will work as usual when loaded using plugin or component) and assign specific data (title) to a field form.
Please let me know the cost for this task, we can share a code that used to load CF on another software so the task should be easier.
