I dont use mootools in frontend but the chronoforms plugin is loading it.
In my form there is no javascript validation, just serverside.

How can i remove mootools from loading in the plugin?

Please see this FAQ which may help. The Datepicker, tooltips and some Container elements may also require MooTools loaded.

Which version of Joomla! is this?
