Earlier I posted a question http://www.chronoengine.com/forums.html?cont=posts&f=2&t=90363 about creating a form and having some calculations done based upon the entries that the person selected. The response was that it would take a person with coding knowledge.
So the question is Who and How much will it cost?
My current website (FORM) is located at http://apringette.com/index.php/registration/registration-2013-on-li
[*]What I'm looking for is a SUM of the totals that would be presented (live) to the parent who is registering their child in the sport.
[*]The amount recorded in the Database.
[*]The amount sent to the parent in the e-mail
It would also be nice if there was a DATAbase that the amounts could be changed in (separate from the registration form) so that our registrar could make those changes and the form updated on a yearly basis.
Also the Running total could (if possible) be placed on the Athlete and Parent tabs in the upper Right-Hand location, or another suitable spot.
The MATH should be based upon the following article http://apringette.com/index.php/registration/registration-fees
Any ideas (or thoughts) are much appreciated
I will need to get approvals from the League once I have an estimate on the costs.

All of this is doable technically but there's a lot to take in and, frankly, looking at the page you linked to for the MATH makes my eyes cross.
Right now I'm very busy, and it's summer, and this is not my favourite kind of project . . . but if you are stuck feel free to email or PM me.
