my chronoforms are not working now. When i click on submit button, blank page appear, without sending details on email.

Which version of Joomla! and ChronoForms are you using.
I've checked the phpmailer.php file in the latest versions of Joomla! 1.5, 2.5 and 3 and none of them have code on line 1509 that might create these Notices.

I solved it. Certain code was injected so i just deleted it.
