Wizard Menu difference

Have 2 forms on my site and seem to have got stuck in the process

Going to Forms Manager > Wizard Edit for each form gives me two differing outcomes

The top menu image gives me setting for emails etc - Form works
The bottom doesn't - obviously form doesn't

Everything "appears" to be identical. I created the forms via the same steps.

Am stuck and cannot for the life of me find out what I've missed that is causing this to happen 😶

Top one is using the Easy Form Wizard, the bottom one the Form Wizard (sometimes also called the Advanced Wizard). Please see this FAQ for notes on changing from the Easy Wizard to the Form Wizard. Please see this FAQ for a simple example of using the Form Wizard.
