Form won't send

I have a form at the above address which I'm sure was working until recently. Anyway, when I complete the form now, it doesn't send the message and instead of redirecting to the thank you page, it takes me to the following URL with a blank page.

Any ideas?

Hi Paul,

This looks like a problem with SEF URLs, please open the form General tab (click the form name link in he Forms Manager to see it) and set Relative URL to No and see if that fixes the problem.

thanks, but that doesn't seem to have solved the problem.

In fact none of the forms on the site are working - which they were a while ago. Haven;t made any changes that should affect this (as far as I know)

Any other thoughts?

I have switched the reporting to max and I am now seeing errors in the libraries/phpmailer/phpmailer.php file.

Quick search suggest that this is due to a site hack/attack.

I have replace the phpmailer.php file and all is now fine
