Module: Form not displayed

Hi,

I'm having a problem with the modue in Joomla 2.5.11 / Chronoforms 4.0.

I've created a simple form, when I load the form in a chronoforms menu item, it displayed and works perfectly, but if i try to display it in a module (on a diffeent menu item and with no other forms on the page) I get the module chrome and the the 'powered by' credit, but no form.

I have a couple of forms set up on this particular site and all manifest the same issue. I've also tried importing forms from other sites and get the same result.

Anyone any suggestions?

So I've partially fixed this.

There's an incompatibility with the modulesanywhere plugin. which was how I was loading the form originally.

I'm still having some trouble with some module positions, but that may be CSS related.
