i am useing chromo form @ my joomla2.5.11. &
i am stuck in forms in my tour n travel site...

i see many sites have this kind of forms in their sites..
check attachment... & suggest me how can i get this..

Forms with two columns are not particularly good user design but you can create them in ChronoForms using Custom HTML with HTML table tags or Custom Container elements in the Wizard.
