Chronoform v4 only working while in debug.

I am working with chronoform v4, using Joomla v2.5.11. When no in debug mode, both form wizard do not load correctly, and elements on the right are not able to be dragged and dropped into the form preview field rendering the form wizard useless.

The only solution that has worked so far as been to place the site into debug mode.

I would like to have a more permanent solution to this problem. any suggestions?

Is this the Site Debug mode that you need to enable? In that case my best guess is that the minified version of the Joomla! MooTools library file has been damaged. I think that when you switch to Debug mode another unminified version is loaded.
