hello,
sometimes I get an e-mail without the form responses, a blank email with no information

someone can explain me why?

My form fields must be filled, if you test the form it seems to work correctly, I do not understand what happens, someone can help me?

thanks for your reply, but unfortunately, this did not help at all!!

the problem is not on EVERY email, only a few of those I'm getting are totally blank (from the 30 forms that were filled in by other people, only two came blank).

I don't get how this could happen, as in order to submit the form, every entry must be completed before.

your suggestions of captcha or recaptcha are unfortunately of no good use (our aim are teenagers with extremely low attention span and who may feel like this is too hard work)

Any other thoughts?

Hi lifeissosimple,

Please read the FAQ again - it doesn't say anything about *all* emails being empty. Serverside validation will usually block empty results.
