Form plugin didn´t work

hi,
i use Joomla 3.1.1 and chronoforms V4 stable.
when i insert the plugin code with the formname, the form will be display but didn´t work. No results where sending😟

what can i do?

Hi chevron08,

Please try setting 'Relative URL' to 'No' on the form General tab (click the form name link in the Forms Manager to see it).
