my first forum

Hello,

On my website i made today a small Forum with Chronoforums , and i succeeded.
Bit struggeling with permissions but i made it what i wanted ( only dont understand clear the inherited paramete, so i used Not Set and Allowed)

But i like to see some features if possible :
- a permissions entry for "Make New Topic" , for me only a Super user is allowed to make new topics, so that if other users want to post then they should not see the NewTopic* buttons.
- also a parameter "Allow Attachments " Yes/No, if set to no then in a post you dont see Attach file , browse and Upload buttons
now i set in settings the attachment extension field to empty.
- also a parameter for "Allow Quote" Yes/no , when set to NO, user can only do a PostReply
( quote is sometimes space consuming)
